The Vue Bar menu is all about clean and simple food. Our head chef Leonardo Soares enjoys putting together menus that reflect not only Bondi locals, but also his experience in the food industry and ensuring our signature Vue dishes are available at all times.
The philosophy is to keep it exciting and guide our menus with the extensive availability of ingredients looming. How we put these together is a result of bantering and brainstorming between Leo and the team. The results speak for themselves!

Focusing on lunch and dinner, we pride ourselves in great produce, cooked a thousand ways. Marinades, sauces and condiments are the tools we employ to dazzle you from sunrise to sunset.

The Vue Bar drink selection really does deliver. All our cocktails are innovative, well balanced and flavoursome. Our head bartender and cocktail creator Thomas Lawrence has over a decade of experience creating new drinks, cocktails and wine lists for the Sydney crowds across all our Rocksalt Group venues.
And in saying that, Vue bar has always been the leader in innovative cocktails in Bondi with its unique combinations such as strawberries, basil and chilies and our home made spirit and syrup infusions. These include saffron and lavender syrup along with cracked black pepper and chilli vodka!
We change up our cocktail and wine selection weekly depending on what fruits are in season and available in the fruit markets. We only use the freshest organic fruits for our cocktails and drinks of the day.
